Senior Engineer / Experienced Design Engineer – Kuala Lumpur

Tony Gee and Partners is seeking a Senior Engineer to join our team in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Civil/ structural engineering degree
• Chartered or near-chartered with relevant professional institution (e.g. CEng ICE, IStructE etc.)

Essential

• Minimum of four years experience post-graduation in civil/structural engineering design
• Experience in analysis and detailed design of structures
• Experience delivering designs for contractors
• Experience in design and detailing of steel and concrete to modern codes
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Right to work in Malaysia

Desired

• Experience of temporary works design or construction engineering (or other infrastructure-related specialism)
• Production of design deliverables packages of drawings, specifications, etc. and supervision of engineers and BIM/CAD technicians
• Organisational skills to co-ordinate the delivery activities of a professional team
