We offer six months of full pay to support you on Maternity Leave.

We give you five weeks of full pay to spend with your family.

You can benefit from more choice in how you would like to share the care of your child in their first year.
Flexible Working
We give you more choice about how you would like to work. Our working hours are designed to ensure a healthy work/life balance and effective team working. We work a 7.5 hour day, and operate core hours between 10-4 allowing flexibility to decide a pattern to suit you and your team. Where your role allows, depending on your development needs and the needs of your team, you may have the ability to split your time between office and home working.

When you need more time for your family, we have policies for Time Off for Dependants and Ordinary Parental Leave.
