We believe that diversity is our strength – Our Early Careers Programme is designed to welcome individuals from all walks of life. We offer opportunities to excel through our graduate and apprenticeship programmes and we also support full-time students through work placements, internships and scholarship opportunities.
As part of our early careers’ programmes in the UK, students and apprentices are given the opportunity to attend our ‘Student and Apprentice week’ — This exciting event offers a behind-the-scenes look at live construction sites, giving the chance to witness real-world engineering in action. It’s also a great opportunity to connect with peers and colleagues in a relaxed and engaging setting!

Students & School Leavers
Tony Gee offers both summer and yearly internships to undergraduate students, primarily on Civil Engineering degree courses as well as apprenticeship schemes for creative, methodical school leavers.

Work Experience
We are able to offer work experience placements to school age students who are considering a career in engineering. Placements are typically up to one week in duration and will generally follow our structured work experience programme.

STEM Workshops
We occasionally hold one-off STEM events which are taster sessions and enable students to explore the world of civil engineering.
