Karen Hoad
Executive Director
Karen has been a member of the Executive Board of Tony Gee Group since January 2023, having previously held leadership roles in Jacobs and CH2M.
As a member of the Executive Board she contributes towards strategic leadership, operational management and organisational development and retains oversight of the Canada business.
Karen has a strong engineering background in civil and structural engineering, working across a variety of sectors with a more recent speciality in rail. She has a particular drive for staff development.
She is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Structural Engineers being an active reviewer, and is chair of the industry working group maintaining and developing civil engineering apprenticeships.
