Geotechnical/Senior Geotechnical Engineers – St Albans

Tony Gee and Partners is currently recruiting a Geotechnical Engineer or Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in St Albans.

The candidate will need to have a strong design background and be able to work within a multidisciplinary team environment. Previous experience on design and build projects is desirable.

Job Description

• Detailed design of embedded retaining walls, bridge foundations, excavations, embankments, and ground improvement works
• Co-ordination with other engineering disciplines
• Project management
• Prepare calculations, drawings and other documentation
• Support less experienced staff, sharing knowledge and acting as a coach or mentor

Qualifications required

• The successful candidate would need to have an MEng / BEng in Civil Engineering or similar
• Chartered status is required for those seeking the Senior Geotechnical Engineer position
