The Astor College for the Arts in Dover obtained finance for a much needed teaching block providing 24 classrooms on three levels on the elevated site overlooking the town to Dover Castle.
A design and build contract was let to Denne Group with Tony Gee providing the civil and structural engineering. A separate dance studio with changing and performance facilities completed the project.
The structure consists of a steel frame with composite floors.
